Oklahoma City Police said they were investigating tips and were searching for a person of interest in connection with the killings of the four people.

Oklahoma City Police Department Chief Bill Citty said in a press release that the individual was wanted for questioning in the killing of four people.

Police said they had not confirmed the identity of the suspect as of Monday.

The four people killed were:

Wesley White, 53, was shot five times after being confronted on Thursday, March 2, by the man who shot him. Police believe the suspect, who has been described as a man in his 40s, might have been the shooter or one of his accomplices in the shootings.

White was reportedly riding in a vehicle that slowed down on a street and got out of the vehicle while the driver was speaking on a cell phone. The suspect, armed with a shotgun, approached White to ask his business, but White allegedly refused to provide any information.

The suspect then pulled out a handgun, opened fire on White while White was trying to get into his vehicle, and struck White five times with the shotgun.

The witness who approached white and identified him later, told police that the man who shot White left his white pickup truck at the scene and returned a short time later with a different vehicle. Police said that might account for the suspect’s presence in White’s driveway later on Friday.

On Saturday, White’s body was found on an abandoned road near a city park and was taken to a funeral chapel.

The body of the victim, James Bracken, 52, was found in his front yard with gunshot wounds to his head and face on Thursday, March 2.

Bracken’s body was taken to Tulsa Memorial Hospital, where he died of his wounds. His daughter, Megan, told KGOU that her father was killed after a disagreement with the man who shot him.
